Over the past week I have been tapping more into my outdoorsy side. I've been doing some hiking, doing much of it in and around Croft State Park. I've walked a good amount around Lake Craig and I may decide to move the tournament there. I've also officially decided on a date which will be Satuday April 17, 2010. In addition, I have a checking account for the tournament funds set up, and I can now begin getting sponsors and raising money. Pictures of Lake Craig very, very, soon. You've made progress, Lane. I think that being outdoors helps all of us to get in touch with our muse and set vision. Good for you!
ReplyDeleteLet me know how the research is coming. If it's not exciting, find out why. (Do some more hiking!) Change your topic (with approval, of course.) Just keep moving.
I hope the meeting the other day cleared the air for you some- even though it wasn't outdoors!
ReplyDeleteRegarding the insurance question I wonder if it would be possible to talk to the insurance company at OPS and find out the cost of an insurance rider for this event??? Let's check that out with the school accountant.
It would also be beneficial for you to blog about the progress you are making on your research paper.
