2. Join Fishing Tournament by October 15
3. Obtain sponsors by November 30
4. Get make a wish child/children by first of the year
5. Get T-shirts/gear/prizes by February 25
6. Fishing tournament will be Sunday, April 11 or 18, 2010

Lane looks like you are making progress! great! I think you would benefit by talking to Katie Hudson about Make a wish and what she has already learned- maybe you could put your resources towards her child. To actually sponsor a child you must raise $5000. That is a large amount of money so you need to do some research on what you can realistically expect to raise with a fishing tournament- especially your first effort. Have you checked out where you can have a tournament and the cost involved with the use of the lake?
ReplyDeleteOne concern I have is that I have yet to read a thesis statement from you. Finding some good resources will help you develop your essential question if you are having trouble. Talk to either me, Mrs. Price, Mrs.Tewkesbury, or Mrs. Berube and see if you can't nail that down right away.
